1Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and AIQNova Private Limited (“AIQNova”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of our website www.aiquantnova.com and all software, applications, platforms, products and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You may use the Services only if you are 18 years of age or older, a resident of India, and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

2What the Services Are (and Are Not)

AIQNova provides software development and related technology services, and operates digital products and platforms. Where our Services include document storage and sharing features, they act as a storage and sharing tool for your documents — with features such as automatic masking, document fetch via official DigiLocker APIs, expiry alerts and controlled share links.

3Use of the Website

You may browse www.aiquantnova.com without creating an account. The following applies to all visitors:

• Website content — including descriptions of our services and products — is provided for general information only, may change without notice, and does not constitute an offer, professional advice or a binding commitment. Engagements for software services are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement or statement of work.
• You must not scrape, crawl, copy in bulk, or systematically extract content or data from the website, or attempt to probe or disrupt the website’s security.
• Links to third-party websites (including government portals such as DigiLocker) are provided for convenience; we do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

4Your Account and Security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PIN and biometric access secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@aiquantnova.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5Acceptable Use

You may store and share through the Services only (a) your own documents and content, or (b) documents of family members with their consent. You must not:

• Upload or share fake, forged, tampered or fraudulently obtained documents.
• Upload or share third-party documents or content without lawful authority.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose, including impersonation.
• Interfere with, probe, reverse engineer or disrupt the Services or their security features.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.

6Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or where required by law or a competent authority. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

7Your Content — Ownership and Licence

Your documents and content belong to you. You retain all rights in what you store in or submit to the Services. You grant AIQNova only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, store, process and transmit your content solely to provide the Services to you. This licence ends when your content is deleted, subject to short backup cycles and any retention required by law. Deliverables developed for clients under a services engagement are governed by the applicable service agreement or statement of work.

8Sharing — Your Choice, Your Responsibility

Where sharing features are available, you decide what to share, with whom, and for how long. You are responsible for verifying recipients before sharing and for the consequences of your sharing decisions, including any choice to reveal or unmask document details. Once a recipient views or saves shared content, its further use is outside our control.

9DigiLocker and Government Services

Where the Services offer document fetch via DigiLocker, the following additional terms apply:

• You need your own DigiLocker account, and you authenticate directly with DigiLocker; AIQNova never receives or stores your DigiLocker credentials, MPIN or OTP.
• Documents are fetched only after you approve DigiLocker’s consent screen, and every fetch is recorded in your consent trail.
• A “Verified” label in the Services means only that the document was received issuer-signed via DigiLocker’s official APIs. It is not a certification by AIQNova of your identity, and acceptance of any document remains at the receiving party’s discretion.
• We do not alter original issuer-signed documents. Masked or watermarked versions generated for sharing are clearly derived copies created at your instruction; the original remains unchanged in your vault.
• You may revoke our access from your DigiLocker account or within the Services at any time.
• DigiLocker availability depends on government systems. DigiLocker and issuer systems are operated by government entities; we do not control their availability, response times or content, and we are not liable for any downtime, delay or error originating in those systems. Your use of DigiLocker itself remains subject to DigiLocker’s own terms of service.

10Fees, Payments and Refunds

• Software services are charged as agreed in the applicable proposal, agreement or statement of work.
• Our products may offer a free tier and paid plans; current pricing is shown within the relevant Service and may include applicable taxes (GST).
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

11Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, branding, software and content (excluding your content), are owned by AIQNova and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the limited right to use the Services.

12Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and are further subject to our Disclaimer document. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIQNova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIQNova, its directors and employees from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Services including uploading unlawful documents or sharing content without authority.

14Changes to the Services and These Terms; Effect of Deletion

We may add, modify or discontinue features of the Services, and may update these Terms with notice on our website, within the relevant Service or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. On account deletion, your content and personal data are permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (within 30 days, excluding records we must retain by law). Please export anything you need before deleting your account.

15Contact
